Triple bottom line –

We believe that results should be financial, human and environmental.  It is possible to achieve all three in every transaction by paying attention to making improvements in each area over your current situation.

Understanding and reflecting the needs and values of the client –

An insatiable curiosity drives our learning about client needs allowing us to pursue the best results through a strategy, process and approach that reflect the client’s objectives and values.

Transparency and accountability –

Clients should expect clear representation, good process and communications, professionalism with written assumptions – scope, deliverables, understanding of compensation and alternative approaches - to ensure successful results.

Community –

As part of the human part of the triple bottom line, we contribute 10% of gross fees collected on market rate transaction contingent work and 5% on negotiated fee and consulting project income received to a 501C3 of the clients choice. Some recent beneficiaries of donations include: Banchero Friends Services, Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council, Center for Human Services, King County Housing Consortium, Common Ground, Parview Services... and we look forward to making many more contributions in 2011!
