Kevin Grossman has managed multifamily, office, light industrial and retail space from Tacoma through Everett. 

As a property manager for a regional firm, he directly managed commercial portfolio has included over 800,000 square feet of office, flex-tech and retail space. He was responsible for overall operating and financial management, operating and capital budgets, tenant retention and in many of the properties new leasing too. All recurring and special project contracted work as well as tenant relations, collections, accounting and property owner communications were Kevin’s responsibility.

In his role as Executive Property Manager for a multi-state firm, Kevin was co-responsible for over 2,200 apartment units and 300,000 square feet of retail and office space, including over 100 employees staffing 19 building complexes.

Because of Kevin’s background in the marketing, financial and operations areas of real property, clients benefit from Kevin’s help for both detail and big picture decision making. He helps with ideas and assessment of potential building renovations, market repositioning, and long term capital planning. He works well with tenants and brokers for retention and new deals and with investors for their asset management overall as well.
