Applying sound property management approaches along with his non-profit leadership experience, Kevin has managed condominium management groups for up to 3,500 homes.
He was the Director of Association Management for a Seattle focused residential management firm for which he directly managed the team of managers, accounting staff and wide range of outside professionals and vendors to care for 80 condominium, co-op and home owners’ associations.
Financial and maintenance leadership support of association boards is key to long term success of communities. Coordinating day to day activities and ensuring long term capital planning is done appropriately, along with the financial reporting and owner communication all work together to provide long term value for the owners of the community.
