Having helped people with purchasing income producing property and investments including turnarounds and development projects for over 20 years, Kevin has the experience to work with clients to meet a wide range of investment goals. From relatively arms length investments such as being a tenant in common (TIC) or limited liability corporation member (LLC) to helping developers identify, analyze and develop properties, Kevin has the skill sets to help.

With a good list of Grossman Services team members and resources and relationships developed over 20 years in the Puget Sound marketplace, Kevin has the capabilities and capacity; buyer brokerage representation; targeted searches, acquisition analysis (financial, market and coordination of physical plant assessment); coordinating the pieces for the buyer to get a closed transaction.

Kevin's clients have included individuals and businesses to purchase apartments for investment or conversion, office buildings for owner occupants and investors, development sites for developers and owner-users and mixed use properties for investors and investment groups. Property values have been up to $12 million for a multi-parcel assemblage, representing an international research institute located in Seattle.
