Kevin Grossman
Kevin has been involved in real estate as a broker, manager, investor and consultant for over 25 years.
His work has involved representing owners to buy, sell, renovate, restructure, and convert property from Portland to Spokane to Camano Island, working with clients on over a billion dollars of real estate assets.
Clients range from individuals wanting some help assessing where they're at and how to have their real estate better meet their personal needs to working with the US real estate director of a multinational business on their business space needs in the Puget Sound.
Kevin's education includes earning an MBA from the University of Washington and attending over 100 special classes and seminars on a wide range of real estate topics, staying current to be most helpful to clients. Kevin has also taught real estate classes and published articles in the national Journal of Property Management as well as Seattle publications including the Puget Sound Business Journal, Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, the Daily Journal of Commerce, and Washington State Community Associations Journal and Northwest Venture Group newsletter.
Community involvement includes both public sector and private non-profit organizations. Kevin's public sector work has included being Deputy Major of Shoreline, Chair of the Trustees of Shoreline Community College, co-Chair of the Sea-Shore Transportation Committee and a Board Member of the King County Economic Development Council. Other board roles have included the Center for Human Services, Parkview Services, King County Housing Partnership, The Housing Consortium and the Puget Sound Center for Technology.
Diane Hettrick
Diane manages special projects and coordinated day to day activity for Grossman Services including overseeing accounting for third party income property management. She has experience as an office manager and with bookkeeping at a large regional firm as well as the local office of a national firm. She brings her financial, organizational and research skills to working with clients and coordinating outside service providers for Grossman Services projects and clients.
Diane's community involvement includes Chairing the Echo Lake Neighborhood Association, being President of the Board of her church and being past President and active Board Member of a number of successful PTA groups and she is active politically in supporting School Levy's and Bonds as well as the City of Shoreline's Parks and Recreation Bond.
Jessica Hinke
Jessica provides full service bookkeeping and reporting functions for association management clients. She is experienced with condominium, co-op and home owners' association accounting requirements including segregating operating and capital funds, accurately tracking all regular dues and special assessment payments and providing complete and timely reporting for the Boards and association's accountants ensuring prudent fiscal oversight.
Jessica is committed to service, with a personal objective of serving all clients in a manner that supports them in being successful. Her helpful attitude combined with many years of experience provides top quality delivery of accounting services.
